interventions Platform for cultures of Care

Flourishingly is an AI-powered tech platform designed to be the basis of flourishing and scaling compassion within organizations.

It analyzes organizations to assess flourishing across individual, team, group, and organizational levels. It identifies areas where flourishing is lacking and provides tailored interventions—both digital and physical—drawing from scientifically validated practices and third-party applications. The platform will equip Chief Flourishing Officers (CFLOs) with dashboards and tools, integrating research from Compassion 2.0, including, the ROI of Care, the parameterization of flourishing, and operationalizing the multi-scale account of Trust.


Flourishingly integrates the ROI of Care as a key measurement framework and provides performance and financial dash-boarding, offering a business-oriented justification for investing in compassion and flourishing within organizations.
The ROI of Care measures the “Z-axis” of an organization, representing the depth of relational connections between individuals—critical for understanding organizational flourishing. Positioned as a “Trojan horse” strategy, it provides the business case for flourishing initiatives, using quantifiable metrics that align with organizational goals.

Integrated platform for interventions for Cultures of Care
Flourishingly is a platform for interventions across the extended Compassion 2.0 ecosystem that are deployed to support states of flourishing at all levels in the organization. These interventions, products, and services promote cultures of care through scientifically validated or informed approaches that aim to transform organizational cultures from extractive to generative, or from threat-based to care-based. By fostering psychological safety, transparency, non-violent communication, and interpersonal development, these approaches help create healthier, more collaborative work environments.

Flourishingly is based on Compassion 2.0’s
the elements of flourishing

The elements "map" the companies - products, services, interventions - that provide what is represented. Organizations then have a framework to engage those companies to introduce those elements into their culture to develop flourishing. Depending on the company's goals/culture, the elemental focus is dialed in to provide interventions/products/services appropriate for that company in that moment. Over time, the culture will change, and new elements will be added to continue to support that change.

We are working with Organizational Development Psychologists, HR practitioners, and more, to drill into the ROI frameworks that result in flourishing frameworks for Cultures of Care. As many “HR” practices focus on the bottom line incremental improvements of reduced sick days, or fewer insurance claims, we are both including that value and focusing on the top lines and where scale can occur.
