    Conscious Leadership, Co-Curator

    Thomas Eddington, PhD, is the CEO of Eddington Advisory Services, based in San Francisco. He is a prominent business advisor and coach in Silicon Valley, specializing in conscious leadership, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness. Eddington works with influential CEOs and non-profit leaders, providing expertise in talent management, board effectiveness, and organizational growth.

  • Trista Taylor

    People Developer, former Google Aristotle

    Trista Taylor is an Org Development Expert based in Seattle, with a decade of experience at Google leading global Team Development programs. She founded Regroup to assist companies in enhancing leadership, team dynamics, and culture. Regroup offers services such as team health assessments, coaching, and customized workshops, focusing on improving psychological safety, communication, and accountability. Taylor has a strong background in organizational learning and development, having implemented strategies from Project Aristotle at Google.

  • Cornell Verdeja-Woodson, Ph.D.

    Scholar & Senior Practitioner, DEIB

    Dr. Cornell Verdeja-Woodson, Head of DEIB & Talent Development at Pixar Animation Studios with previous roles including Google, Looker and Zillow. He is passionate about diversity and inclusion, focusing on cross-cultural dialogue and creating inclusive environments. With a background in education, he possesses skills in project management, training development, and organizational change, and seeks opportunities to develop new skills and effect lasting change.

  • Xuan Zhao, Ph.D.

    Science of Flourishing

    Xuan Zhao, PhD, is a behavioral scientist and co-founder of Flourish Science, which developed the AI well-being buddy Sunnie. Based at Stanford University, Zhao has extensive experience in psychology and behavioral research, focusing on social connection, empathy, and technology. Zhao also co-created the Anthropomorphic Robot Database and developed a course on empathy at Brown University.

  • Eric Solomon, Ph.D.

    Cognitive Scientist, former Google Aristotle

    Dr. Eric Solomon is the Founder & CEO of The Human OS™, based in New York. He specializes in integrating humanity into technology, emphasizing the importance of quality talents in thriving amidst change. With nearly 30 years of experience in cognitive psychology, technology, and business, he has held leadership roles at major companies like YouTube, Spotify, and Instagram and was a scientist involved in Google’s Project Aristotle. He holds a Ph.D. in cognitive science and focuses on achieving transformational success through quality human outcomes.

    Steven Michael Crane is a Stanford researcher and head of the Social Engagement Pillar based in Los Gatos, California. His work focuses on human flourishing, integrating disciplines such as meditation, psychology, public health, and neuroscience to promote wisdom, peace, and prosocial engagement. He collaborates with others to create a broad impact in these areas and is involved as a speaker in the PROD24 salon.

  • Jay Vidyarthi

    Product Design

    Jay Vidyarthi is the founder of Still Ape, a design firm focused on mindfulness, meditation, and compassion with over 50 projects impacting more than 1 million people. He has led UX for a successful wearable startup and has experience with various organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and non-profits. Recognized by major publications, he has delivered over 50 talks in prestigious institutions and helped establish the Mindful Society conference. He is also the inventor of Sonic Cradle and has received multiple awards in both industry and academia.

  • Ting Jiang, Ph.D.

    Science of Behavior Change

    Dr. Ting Jiang is a global expert and thought leader in behavioral change and innovation, received her Ph.D. degree in Economics and publishes findings across a broad range of disciplines.  She has lead teams with her deep expertise in norm change and habit change within behavioral science for diverse organizations and companies, advising on several of the most prominent behavior change applications on the market.

  • Scott Snibbe

    Product & Individual Flourishing

    Scott Snibbe is a new media artist, author. He hosts the podcast "A Skeptic’s Path to Enlightenment" and authored the book "How to Train a Happy Mind," featuring a foreword by the Dalai Lama. Snibbe is known for his interactive art installations and collaborations with notable artists like Björk and James Cameron. He has over thirty patents and has received multiple awards, including the Webby and Ars Electronica. Additionally, he has held various teaching and research positions and is a dedicated student of Tibetan Buddhism, as well as a very experienced product developer and manager, including EyeGroove which was sold to Facebook.

  • Lori Hanau

    Prosocial Teaming

    Lori Hanau is the Founder and CEO of Global Round Table Leadership, a Certified B Corporation focused on transformational learning and leadership development for conscious organizations. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in advising and facilitating systemic change with a focus on social, economic, and environmental justice. Lori has a diverse background in mindfulness, martial arts, and mission-driven business, and has held various leadership roles in educational and nonprofit organizations. She is also a published writer and has contributed to various leadership initiatives.

  • Leo Christov-Moore, Ph.D.

    Neuroscience of Empathy & Trust

    Leonardo Christov-Moore is a Senior Research Scientist at the Institute for Advanced Consciousness Studies in Santa Monica, California, with over 15 years of experience in experiential neuroscience. His work integrates neuroimaging, neuromodulation, and complex systems theory to explore topics such as prosocial behavior, empathy, compassion, psychedelic therapy, and human flourishing. He has held positions at UCLA and USC.

  • Greta Gahl

    ESG, ROI of Care

    Greta Gahl is a Senior Business Consultant at Impact Consulting SF, specializing in financial services and sustainability consulting. With expertise in strategic planning, agile program management, and ESG integration, she aims to enhance organizational performance and support sustainability initiatives focused on employee well-being and conscious leadership.

  • Nicole Wilson, Ph. D.

    Curriculum Design

    Nicole Wilson, Ph.D., is the Founder and President of KnowProgress. She focuses on DEI and increasing women's leadership. With a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology, she has designed impactful programs that have trained over 200,000 tech professionals in Africa and influenced over 2 million learners. Her approach as a facilitator emphasizes authenticity, trust, and creativity, fostering high-performing teams and transformative growth.

  • David Hamilton, Ph.D.

    Neurobiology and Chemistry of Compassion

    Dr. David R. Hamilton is an author and keynote speaker with a PhD in organic chemistry. He has written 12 books, including 'The Joy of Actually Giving a F*ck' and 'The Five Side Effects of Kindness', and has appeared on various media platforms discussing kindness's health benefits. He has delivered sessions for notable organizations and is featured in the documentary HEAL. Active in sports, he plays tennis and resides in Dunblane, Scotland.     Claude Silver is the first Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia. She is an emotional optimist, coach, manager, and mentor leads approximately 2,000 employees, deeply attuned to the pulse of each individual within the company. Passionate about infusing the agency with empathy, she views culture as a dynamic, multi-dimensional heartbeat that can invigorate an entire organization when thriving. Her role was established to support Gary Vaynerchuk’s vision and ensure that every member of VaynerX and VaynerMedia finds a fulfilling home and an exceptional career experience.
