The Chief Flourishing Officer (CFO) initiative is built around two interconnected but distinct components designed to create a transformative impact: the Mastermind Community of Practice and the Outer Community of Practice. Together, they form a comprehensive ecosystem for personal, organizational, and cultural flourishing.
Mastermind Community of Practice
The Mastermind Community of Practice serves as the core engine of deep learning and collaboration, designed for leaders and practitioners committed to embedding flourishing principles into their organizations and workspaces. This highly engaged group consists of approximately 100 participants, including:
20 Organizations: (10 startups, 5 small-to-medium businesses, 5 enterprises) each represented by at least two individuals to ensure organizational alignment.
Up to 50 Practitioners: Including coaches, consultants, and champions from large organizations actively seeking to integrate flourishing frameworks into their professional practice.

Intensive Learning Journey: A 5-year commitment, renewed annually, ensuring deep transformation and lasting impact.
Weekly Core Curriculum: 90-minute sessions delivering advanced teachings on flourishing, leadership, and organizational well-being.
Mastermind Meetings: Optional 60-minute weekly gatherings for peer mentoring, collaborative problem-solving, and real-time support.
Access to Expertise: Direct connection with subject matter experts and faculty for deeper learning and personalized mentorship.
Scientific Implementation: Application of scientifically validated flourishing interventions within member organizations, grounded in neurobiological and behavioral science.
ROI of Care Development: Active participation in developing the ROI of Care metrics and an AI-informed platform to measure and enhance organizational resonance.
Professional Visibility: Opportunities for members to engage in coaching, speaking engagements, and academic publishing, amplifying their expertise and influence.

Outer Community of Practice
The Outer Community of Practice expands the reach of the CFO initiative by providing a broader, more accessible entry point for individuals and organizations interested in flourishing principles without the intensive commitment of the mastermind community.

Open Access: Inspired by the Changing Work community model, this group welcomes those curious about flourishing concepts but not ready for a long-term commitment.

Gateway to Mastermind: The outer community provides a natural pathway for those who may later wish to engage more deeply through the Mastermind Community of Practice.
