Our mission is to build a community of practice for leaders who recognize their pivotal role in scaling human flourishing. This commitment extends to themselves, the people they lead, their organizations, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, all for the greater societal benefit.
Humans that are not flourishing do not create organizations that flourish.
Companies cannot expect great ideation, innovation, teamwork, problem-solving, long-term contribution, internal harmony, marketplace reputation, supplier relationships, and community relationships when the foundation of their business, namely the humanity that makes the organization function, is running on fumes, as reflected in angry, lonely, sad, frustrated, and fearful people.
